Before you paste anything: remove your CNIC number, bank details, passwords, codes and other people’s private information. AI can be wrong, so check anything important.
When to use it
You have found a job you want to apply for. You want your CV to match the advert better or you need a short cover letter, without writing it all from scratch.
The prompt
Help me apply for the job below. Write [an improved CV / a cover letter / both].
The job advert:
[Paste the advert. If it is long, paste the main duties and requirements]
My CV or my experience:
[Paste your CV. If you do not have one, list your jobs, studies, skills and achievements. Remove your CNIC number and home address first]
Please:
1. Use only the experience, qualifications and results I have given. Do not invent or exaggerate anything.
2. Show clearly how my real experience matches what the advert asks for.
3. Use simple, confident English and short sentences.
4. Keep a cover letter under [250] words.
5. If the advert asks for something I have not mentioned, do not fill the gap. List it at the end under "Gaps" and mark it [CHECK].
How to fill it in
- Remove your CNIC number, home address and family details before you paste. A phone number and email are enough on a CV.
- Include real numbers only if you are sure of them, for example how many customers you served.
- If you want the letter in Urdu, change "simple, confident English" to "simple Urdu".
Before you use the result
- Read every line. If anything is not true, delete it. Employers check and false claims can cost you the job.
- Look at the "Gaps" list. Be ready to answer questions about them honestly in an interview.
- Make it sound like you. Change any words you would never use yourself.
