Find gaps in a draft policy, SOP or notification
Get a numbered list of gaps, unclear terms and contradictions in a draft so you can fix them before it is issued.

Before you paste anything: replace names, CNIC numbers and other personal details with placeholders and never use classified material. Use only AI tools your department allows.
When to use it
You have a draft policy, standard operating procedure or notification and want a second pair of eyes before it goes for approval. The AI reviews it for gaps and lists them. You decide what to change and write the changes yourself.
The prompt
Review the draft below, prepared by a government office in Pakistan. List its gaps. Do not rewrite the draft or any part of it.
Type of document: [policy / SOP / notification]
Purpose: [what it is meant to achieve]
Who it applies to: [offices, staff or members of the public]
Draft:
[Paste the full draft. Remove names and personal details first]
Check for these issues:
1. Terms that are used but not defined (or defined in more than one way)
2. Tasks with no responsible office or designation
3. Steps with no deadline or timeframe
4. No route for appeal, review or complaint where one would be expected
5. Personal data collected or shared with no statement of purpose, storage or access
6. Sections that contradict each other
7. Anything else that would leave an officer unsure what to do
Present the result as a numbered list. For each issue give: the section or paragraph, the problem in one or two sentences and a question the drafter should answer. Base every point on the text above. Do not invent rules, laws or policy wording that the draft should follow. If you are unsure whether something is a gap, mark it [CHECK]. Write in [English / Urdu].
How to fill it in
- State the purpose clearly. The AI can only judge gaps against what the document is meant to do.
- Paste the whole draft, including annexures, so the AI does not report gaps that are already covered elsewhere.
- If a parent policy or rule applies, paste the relevant part as well, without personal details.
Before you use the result
- Read each point against the draft yourself. The AI may misread a section or miss a gap.
- The AI does not know your department's rules. A legal or rules check still needs the right officer.
- Keep the rewriting in your own hands, so the wording stays accurate and consistent with other documents.
