Before you paste anything: replace names, CNIC numbers and other personal details with placeholders and never use classified material. Use only AI tools your department allows.
When to use it
You have been asked to run a training session or workshop for colleagues. You know the topic and the time available. You want a clear plan you can deliver and share in advance.
The prompt
Plan a training session for staff in a government office in Pakistan.
Topic: [what the session is about]
Participants: [number, roles by designation, what they already know]
Time available: [for example 90 minutes]
Format: [in person / online], [room and equipment available]
Source material:
[Paste the guidance, procedure or notes the session must be based on]
Write the plan in [English / Urdu] with:
1. Three to five learning objectives, each starting with an action word such as "explain", "complete" or "identify"
2. A timed outline as a table with four columns: time, section, what the trainer does and what participants do. The timings must add up to the time available
3. At least two practical activities based on real tasks from the source material
4. A list of materials and equipment needed
5. A short end-of-session check: five questions with answers, taken only from the source material
Base all content on the source material. Do not invent rules, procedures, figures or examples presented as real. If the session needs something the source does not cover, write [CHECK] and say what is missing.
How to fill it in
- Say honestly what participants already know. A plan pitched too high or too low wastes everyone's time.
- Paste the actual guidance the session is about. Without it the AI will fill gaps with general content that may not match your department's rules.
- Mention any limits, such as no projector or a room without tables.
Before you use the result
- Add up the timings yourself and try the activities once. Sessions usually take longer than planned.
- Check every answer in the end-of-session check against the source. A wrong answer key teaches the wrong thing.
- Resolve each [CHECK] with the officer responsible for the guidance before the session.
